30-minute windows: Better value and used by many high-quality hot food providers
Tip: You can control the length of the window by adjusting the pickup task duration.

Tiny Cargo (up to 10kg): Equivalent to a motorbike courier
Small Cargo (up to 30kg): Fits a standard cargo bike
Cargo (up to 150kg): Equivalent to a small van
The smaller the load, the cheaper the rate β and we still hit exceptional on-time targets at all sizes.

Set the start time of your pickup window for when the order is ready β or 5 minutes before
By default, we aim to arrive at the start of the pickup window to optimise reliability and routing

Pricing is based on time and distance
Surcharges apply to larger loads and orders picked up between 11:00 and 12:30
This is our busiest window, so:
Try booking pickups just before or after this peak β e.g. 10:55 pickup rather than 11:00 β to avoid the surcharge and help us spread demand

Thermal Boxes: Pedal Me provides 2x thermal boxes per bike by default. These can be utilized at an additional cost of Β£5 (inc VAT) per order.
